During this presentation you will get step-by-step guide how to create an effective QC Leadership program from scratch based on speaker’s own experience. First of all, he will share how to identify this need in company and what QC Leadership program is about. After that we will move to test management areas which should be covered during the program. Then Andriy will share why Leadership program is not only about hard skills, but also- soft skills. And the last, but probably the most important- how to evaluate effectiveness of such program.
Short Biographical Note of Speaker
Andriy Zablotskyy joined software testing industry 12 years ago. During this period, he transformed from trainee associate to respected QA Expert able to scope, transform and incorporate complex business needs into software products of high quality. Andriy believes that little things make big things happen, that is why it is critical to detect each defect on Test environment rather than Production. Being an active participant of QA community, he launched QA course in Polytechnic University to provide basic QA terms and share specifics of software testing industry.
